CoreWeave announced its entry into India on October 7, partnering with AdaniConneX to bring 240 megawatts of AI data center capacity to Navi Mumbai. The campus at AdaniConneX's Taloja site will consist of three 80 MW buildings, with an option to double capacity to 480 MW.

The company plans to deploy the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform for AI training, inference, reasoning and agentic workloads. The first data centers are due online in mid-2028, and CoreWeave expects to invest multiple billions of dollars over the project's lifetime.

CoreWeave will also open an office in India and hire locally. The move reflects growing demand for its AI cloud outside the US and Europe.
