How to issue an invoice
Issuing an invoice is simple. First fill in your details as the supplier — company name, Company ID, address and bank account. These are saved and pre-filled into every new invoice. Then add a customer — you can enter the Company ID and the details load automatically from the ARES registry. After that just add the invoiced items and the invoice is ready.
What an invoice for a non-VAT payer must contain
An invoice issued by a non-VAT payer must, under Czech law, contain: the document label ("Invoice"), the invoice number, the issue and due dates, the identification of the supplier and customer (name, address, Company ID), a description of the goods or service, the price and a statement that you are not a VAT payer. Our generator handles all of these automatically.
QR payment for fast settlement
Every invoice contains a QR payment code in the QR Platba (SPD) standard. Your customer simply scans the code with their banking app and gets a pre-filled payment order including the amount, account number and variable symbol. This significantly speeds up payment and reduces the risk of errors when entering the payment.
ARES lookup
Thanks to the connection to the Administrative Register of Economic Subjects (ARES), you just enter the Company ID and the tool automatically fills in the company name and address. You save time and eliminate typos in important details.
Security and privacy
Unlike cloud invoicing services, all data stays in your browser. We use localStorage technology — your invoices, customer details and settings are stored only locally. Nothing is sent to a server, no registration is needed and your business information is 100% private.
