About this tool

VAT validity is checked live via the EU's VIES (VAT Information Exchange System), the official cross-border VAT-number validator. For Czech identifiers (IČO/DIČ) we also read the ARES register, so you get the company's registered name, address and VAT-payer status even when VIES is momentarily busy. Nothing is stored.
