Tickets are never deleted with a column.
The board key (used in ticket numbers like PAL-42) cannot change — existing tickets carry it.
Finished tickets stay on the board forever unless somebody archives them. They keep their history and can be restored.
Deleting a board hides it and every ticket on it. This cannot be undone from the UI.
Anyone with the link can view this board — tickets, statuses, descriptions and due dates — without a TechTools account. Comments, attachments and story points stay private. Ideal for sending a client the live status of their project.
Sharing is off — only company members can see this board.
