Three of the recent cases are health workers who treated the country's first patient, a 40-year-old man who returned from Congo via Uganda on Oct. 3 and died on Oct. 5.\n\nAbout 130 contacts were listed after that first death, and 128 remain in quarantine. Officials say there is no community transmission so far. Kenya has tightened screening, opened an emergency hotline and designated a gate at Nairobi's main airport for flights from the 10 countries at the centre of the outbreak.\n\nThe cases are linked to the outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo, caused by the Bundibugyo strain. Some outlets still cite seven cases, as the count changed over the weekend."}}
