> Nvidia-GPU renter Nscale, which counts Anthropic, OpenAI and Microsoft as customers, has filed to list on the NYSE as NSCL.

Nscale, a neocloud provider that rents out Nvidia GPUs for training and running AI models, has filed to go public on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NSCL. It is seeking to raise as much as $3 billion, with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley leading the offering.

The filing shows a $1.02 billion net loss on $140.6 million in revenue over six months, against $56.4 billion in remaining performance obligations. As of August 31, Nscale had 25,000 active GPUs and 461,000 that were either active or contracted, across five active and 12 contracted data center sites.

Anthropic and OpenAI have struck deals with Nscale, and Microsoft, itself a cloud provider, has also signed up. The listing tests how much public investors will pay for AI capacity that is largely contracted but not yet built.
