Speaking to the media at an AI summit hosted by King Charles III in Scotland, he said countries and industries worldwide are lining up to invest in AI.\n\nThe forecast follows Nvidia’s recent guidance of about 70% growth in the fiscal year ending January 2028, or roughly $673 billion. Nvidia does not disclose total unit sales, and it makes more than data center GPUs such as Blackwell and Rubin: its range also includes CPUs, networking switch chips, robot and car chips, and the processor in Nintendo’s Switch 2.\n\nHuang also weighed in on AI safety at the summit, where Google DeepMind, OpenAI and Anthropic were represented, as fears about controlling advanced AI grow. “When a product is not safe, we should hold it back and keep engineering it,” he said."}}
