Day-to-day fleet tasks like maintenance, cleaning and charging will be handled by locally selected partners, such as Verne in Zagreb, and fleet ownership may vary by market.\n\nNo firm timeline was given for the rollout, and Pony.ai has not yet disclosed which cities are next. The partnership, which began in May 2025 with a Middle East focus, is also set to expand further in that region. Uber has now partnered with more than 30 autonomous-vehicle companies worldwide as it races rivals like Waymo to scale robotaxi service internationally."}}
