The 15-year leases span five facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Georgia, with the first phase available starting in 2027.\n\nCore Scientific expects the deal to generate more than $14 billion in base contracted revenue over the initial term. AMD also received warrants for up to 30 million Core Scientific shares at $23.47 each, with 6.5 million vesting immediately upon signing. The sites will run AMD Instinct GPUs and EPYC processors under the company's Helios reference architecture.\n\n\"Core Scientific's extensive portfolio of AI-ready data centres expands access to the infrastructure our customers need to deploy AMD AI solutions at scale,\" said AMD Chief Strategy Officer Mathew Hein. The agreement ranks among the largest AI colocation deals of 2026, as chipmakers race to lock in power-hungry compute capacity ahead of surging AI demand."}}
